YOGA INSTRUCTION & WELLNESS COACHING
Welcome! It is my desire to create safe spaces where people can learn from the truth of their bodies and find their way to an existence of peacefulness and ease. I integrate yoga instruction and wellness coaching to bring mind and body into alignment, inviting people to experience movement that feels nurturing and good, and find a path that brings them joy, satisfaction and stronger sense of self-worth.
Through a personalized 6-week program, you will learn the tools to bring yourself into a state of empowerment and wholeness so that you are in a position - physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually - to embrace your fullest potential. Wellness Coaching is effective both in-person or by phone. This program is for people who want to create change in their life, and generate greater overall well-being and self-worth.
Group & Private Yoga
My goal is to offer a nourishing, restful, challenging, and heart-warming experience in my home studio or yours. Periodically I offer retreats and teach at pop-up events or gatherings.
All home-based classes are donation-based and require a reservation as space is limited to the first 6 who register.
I will offer a public class at Athleta in Omaha, Nebraska on June 21, 2019 for International Yoga Day.
